Watch North Carolina Giving: Philanthropy Across Cultures & Communities on Monday, November 9 at 10pm on your local UNC-TV channel.

Step 2:
As you watch, make sure you write down the answers to the questions found here (see Page 2 of that form).

Step 3:
To submit your answers online, complete this web-based form.

To submit your answers by mail , download this paper entry and follow the instructions you find there. If you don’t have access to a printer, you may copy the required information onto your own paper.

Deadline for entry is Monday, November 23, 2009 (NCGives must have received your entry by that date). All answers must be correct to be accepted as a valid contest entry.
