Black women philanthropists are busy in NC

Coming up are several chances to celebrate and join forces with African American women givers in our state!

Anson County - School Supplies Drive

Angela Caraway is helping her family foundation (The Caraway Foundation) to organize a school supply drive for Ansonville students. They will be donating the items on August 21 in Ansonville - learn more here.

NC Central University - Women's Center Benefit

The NCCU Women's Center is hosting its inaugural Woman of Note Fête, a dinner and dancing fundraiser, on September 21. The event is in honor of the many women educators and students connected with NCCU, and the gifts of time and talent they contributed. Learn more here.
