Women are emerging and being recognized as powerful givers now more than any other time in history. North Carolina women give in many ways - as nurturers, advocates, teachers, volunteers, benefactors and community leaders.

One way that women's giving is expressed in NC and around the country is through the establishment of women's funds. Recently, The Foundation Center and The Women's Funding Network teamed together to create a report, "Accelerating Change for Women and Girls: The Role of Women's Funds."
