North Carolina Community Foundation

The North Carolina Community Foundation is a nonprofit organization established to help people make an impact through lasting and meaningful contributions to meet needs throughout our state. As the single statewide community foundation serving North Carolina, the NCCF sustains and administers nearly 1,000 endowment funds established to provide long-term support of a broad range of community programs and issues.

Our network of 59 affiliate foundations allows us to provide local resource allocation and community assistance in 65 counties across the state, with an emphasis on rural and underserved areas. This widespread presence has allowed us to build alliances with nonprofit organizations, businesses and mindful individuals across North Carolina.

We also focus on implementing innovative and mutually beneficial programs to build and expand the involvement of youth, women and communities of color.

We value our relationship with NCGives, one of our funds, which has helped to launch many significant initiatives designed to improve the lives of citizens throughout our state.
